Reflecting on Luota Agency's First Year
One year ago, Luota Agency was just a dream.
We believed influencer marketing could be done differently. More objectively, more strategically and more transparently. We wanted to replace assumptions with data and prove that creator selection should be based on evidence rather than intuition.
Today, looking back at our first year, it is difficult to believe how much has happened in such a short time.
We grew from a team of two to twelve professionals. We moved into our own 200 square metre headquarters in Tampere, opened a second office on Bulevardi in Helsinki, built our own proprietary software, and had the privilege of working with more than 150 brands across multiple countries.
We believe long term relationships are built through honesty, transparency and consistently delivering work we are proud to stand behind.
We are deeply grateful to every client, creator, partner and team member who has been part of our first year. Their trust has shaped the company we are today and continues to inspire us to raise the standard for influencer marketing through transparency, data and genuine expertise.
Growth has never been our goal on its own
From day one, our ambition has been to build a company that sets a higher standard for influencer marketing. That means challenging established ways of working, investing in technology, and making decisions based on measurable data rather than assumptions.
At the same time, we have never believed that technology alone creates great results. Behind every analysis, strategy and campaign is a team of experienced specialists who understand both data and people. We see artificial intelligence as a tool that strengthens human expertise, not replaces it.
During our first year, we have had the opportunity to work with companies of all sizes, from ambitious startups to internationally recognised brands. Every project has challenged us to think differently, refine our processes and continue raising the quality of our work.
Looking back, the achievements are something we are proud of, but what matters most is the trust behind them. Every client who chose to work with us, every creator who collaborated with us and every partner who believed in our vision has played a role in shaping the company we are today.
As we enter our second year, our ambition remains the same as it was on day one. To continue building the most objective, transparent and data driven influencer marketing agency in the industry, while never losing sight of the people and relationships that make long term success possible.
Our Vision for the Future
While we are proud of everything we have accomplished during our first year, we see it as only the beginning.
The past twelve months have given us confidence that there is real demand for a more objective, transparent and strategic approach to influencer marketing. They have also reinforced our belief that innovation never stands still. Neither can we.
In 2026, we will continue investing in the future of Luota Agency. We are preparing to expand into Sweden, grow our team with exceptional talent, further develop our proprietary technology and strengthen the services we provide to brands across Europe. At the same time, we will continue investing in research, product development and new ways to help our clients make better decisions through data.
Our ambition has never been to become the biggest agency. It has always been to build one of the most trusted and respected. We know that trust is earned over years, through consistent results, transparency and an unwavering commitment to quality.
